Flanges, sensor technology & special geometries
A functional assembly is created from precisely coordinated connections. MST-Flexduct designs connections, transitions, reinforcements and sensor interfaces so that they can be installed safely, seal reliably and remain low-maintenance in later operation.
From customer-specific flanges according to DIN, SAE or a project-specific standard, through defined transitions, to integrated sensor technology, all elements are coordinated in terms of manufacturing and tested as a unit. Sealing surfaces, tightening torques and assembly aids are documented in the component drawing on request.

Quality & inspection processes
Assemblies have to deliver more than individual components, which is why inspections are an integral part of every manufacturing step at MST-Flexduct. Depending on the application, we check pressure and leak-tightness, temperature and media resistance, geometric tolerance accuracy as well as mechanical load capacity, including vibration behaviour.
All tests are fully documented and available for audits, approvals and series launches. The inspection documentation follows the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and can be extended to industry-specific standards such as IATF 16949 or EN 9100 — a decisive contribution to process and operational reliability in the OEM environment.
